“A Little Bit Zombie” is a 2012 Canadian horror-comedy film directed by Casey Walker and starring Kristopher Turner, Crystal Lowe, Shawn Roberts, and Emilie Ullerup. The film follows Steve (played by Kristopher Turner), a young man who is about to get married to his fiancée, Tina (played by Crystal Lowe), but is bitten by a mosquito carrying a zombie virus during his bachelor party.
As Steve starts to turn into a zombie, he tries to keep his condition hidden from his fiancée and her family, who are preparing for their wedding in a remote cabin in the woods. However, as his zombie instincts start to take over, Steve finds it increasingly difficult to control his cravings for brains and flesh.
Meanwhile, a group of zombie hunters led by Max (played by Stephen McHattie) is hot on Steve’s trail, hoping to capture and study him for their own purposes. As Steve and his friends try to evade the zombie hunters and find a cure for his condition, they get caught up in a series of comedic and gory misadventures.
The film blends horror and comedy elements, with plenty of gore, slapstick humor, and witty one-liners. It also features a talented cast who deliver solid performances, particularly Kristopher Turner as the zombie-fied groom-to-be. While it may not be for everyone, “A Little Bit Zombie” is a fun and entertaining film for fans of the zombie genre and horror-comedies.
