“Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam“ is an American musical television film, and the sequel to the 2008 Disney Channel Original Movie, “Camp Rock“. It debuted on Disney Channel on September 3, 2010. The film stars Demi Lovato, Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, Kevin Jonas, Alyson Stoner, Meaghan Martin, Maria Canals Barrera, and Daniel Fathers.
The movie follows the same characters, Mitchie Torres (Demi Lovato) and Shane Gray (Joe Jonas), as they return to Camp Rock for another summer of music and fun. However, the arrival of a rival camp, Camp Star, threatens to shut down Camp Rock. Mitchie, Shane, and their friends must band together to save their beloved camp.
The soundtrack for the movie was released on August 10, 2010, and features songs from the movie, including “Can’t Back Down”, “It’s On”, and “Wouldn’t Change a Thing”. It was a success, debuting at number three on the Billboard 200.
