Inhale is a 2010 American thriller film directed by Baltasar Kormákur, starring Diane Kruger and Sam Shepard. The film follows a district attorney named Paul Stanton (Shepard), who is desperate to save the life of his daughter who has a rare form of pulmonary hypertension. He discovers that a black market organ dealer in Mexico is responsible for providing the organs needed for a transplant, but the organs come from the bodies of executed prisoners. Paul tracks down the dealer and attempts to negotiate a deal, but things quickly go awry.
Meanwhile, a Mexican detective named Estela (Kruger) is also on the trail of the organ dealer. The two of them eventually cross paths and must work together to find the organ dealer and save Paul’s daughter’s life.
