“Laurence Anyways” is a 2012 Canadian romantic drama film written and directed by Xavier Dolan. The film explores the relationship between a transgender woman named Laurence Alia (played by Melvil Poupaud) and her girlfriend, Fred Belair (played by Suzanne Clément).
