Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief is a 2010 fantasy film directed by Chris Columbus. Based on the Percy Jackson & the Olympians novel series by Rick Riordan, the film stars Logan Lerman as Percy Jackson, a half–human, half–god teenager who embarks on a quest across the United States to retrieve Zeus‘ lightning bolt and prevent a war between the Greek gods. The film also stars Brandon T. Jackson, Alexandra Daddario, Jake Abel, Rosario Dawson, and Steve Coogan.
