“Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur” is an animated film released in 2011. It is the seventeenth installment in the “Scooby-Doo” franchise and was directed by Ethan Spaulding.
The film follows Scooby-Doo and the gang as they investigate strange occurrences at a prehistoric dinosaur park. They soon discover that a terrifying ghostly dinosaur, known as the Phantosaur, is on the loose and causing chaos. With the help of a local paleontologist, Dr. Lieb, and his assistant, Shaggy and the gang must solve the mystery of the Phantosaur and save the park from destruction.
As with most “Scooby-Doo” films, “Legend of the Phantosaur” is a fun and lighthearted adventure with plenty of humor and mystery. The film features the iconic characters and classic formula that fans of the franchise have come to love. While it may not break any new ground, it is a solid addition to the “Scooby-Doo” library and is sure to delight both kids and adults alike.
