The Company Men is a 2010 American drama film written and directed by John Wells. It stars Ben Affleck, Tommy Lee Jones, Chris Cooper, Kevin Costner, and Rosemarie DeWitt. The story centers on three white–collar workers who are downsized from their jobs at a major company and must come to terms with their new lives and the challenges that come with them.
