The Experiment is a 2010 German psychological thriller film directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel. It is based on Mario Giordano‘s novel Black Box and uses the same source material as the 2001 film Das Experiment. The film stars Adrien Brody and Forest Whitaker as two of twenty participants in a psychological study of power and control.
