The Way is a 2010 American drama film directed and written by Emilio Estevez, starring his father Martin Sheen, Deborah Kara Unger, and Estevez himself. The film follows Tom, a grieving father who travels to France to retrieve the body of his estranged son, who died while attempting to walk the Camino de Santiago, an ancient pilgrimage route.
